DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated college-level individual, studying marketing or a similar business focus, who are interested in the fast-paced and competitive field of commercial real estate marketing. The intern will be joining our marketing team in the Cambridge area. The intern will learn marketing research methods and analysis, assist on campaigns, and receive experience in internet marketing, email marketing, direct mail marketing and managing social media.
ResponsibilitiesThe intern will be creating and working on a long term media plans and marketing calendars while generating reports on results of social media campaign analytics and success. Additionally, the intern will be running reports on advertising campaign ROI. Creating, modifying and collaborating on marketing copy and graphics with marketing team and staff graphic designers will be part of the experience. The intern will be putting together target audience mailing lists for each campaign, for both direct mail and email. The intern will be creating and managing online advertisements in multiple channels.
RequirementsThe ideal candidates are high-energy and are ready to get their feet wet in a hands-on marketing role. The position will give the intern the opportunity to work with various marketing campaigns, gaining invaluable experience in the field.
SkillsRequired - Solid computer skills
