DescriptionResort Homes of Florida(RHF) is an online marketing company specializing in the short-term vacation rental market. The business is based in Miami and operates out of MADE at the Citadel, an innovative co-working space for entrepreneurs and artists. RHF is currently primarily focused on the Orlando, FL short term vacation rental market, with a portfolio of 500 homes published on 10 online channels and a website: www.resorthomesofflorida.com . Additionally, a new web-based platform is in the beta phase to ultimately expose 50k+ homes to new target audiences worldwide. While the scope of the position may broaden based on job performance and business success, currently the responsibilities are as listed below.
Target Market: Guests for short-term rental properties in Orlando and other markets based on expansion (families and business travelers)
Position will support expansion of company by conducting market research and developing/implementing email, phone and social media campaigns to the target market.
Company operates out of MADE at the Citadel in Miami's dynamic Little River, http://madeatthecitadel.com/ an innovative co-working space for Makers, Artists, Designers and Entrepreneurs.
• Assist with developing and implementing email marketing campaign with existing guests to encourage repeat visits
• Expand to new markets by researching Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) event exhibitors / attendees.
• Research each target event to create a database of exhibitors by event. Company / Contact info.
• Assist / create Group Sales marketing packages
• Launch Group Sales marketing campaign
• Promote across social media platforms
