Marketing Internship

Description

Our Internships give students a well rounded exposure through all major aspects of design work and business practices.
Interns provide support to our office operations and creative departments. Marketing interns will prepare graphics for company advertising and marketing materials, participate in photoshoots, become familiar with account logistics, material samples, catalogs, pricelists, and create tear-sheets. This is an opportunity to create advertisements that will go into luxury magazines and expand your portfolio.
To help prepare for positions within the design and manufacturing industry, students are involved in office administration and office management tasks and most importantly in our design library and resources department, which gives them exposure to the latest product and materials in our industry.
The CYL internships are school credit/voluntary positions (unpaid, although our students do receive a $10/day stipend for travel/lunch) and our interns have a chance to obtain experience and references from any / all departments they work in, including furniture design, interior design (Including large scale hospitality contract), library, project management, marketing and sales. In addition, we like to ensure you have gained a well-rounded, significant amount of experience while with Cliff Young Ltd, located in the fabulous New York Design Center (one the centers of Design in NYC). Depending on individual school requirements, our usual commitment is 280 hours for completion of all internships.

Our internships are available full time or part-time, please email your resume.
