Description

Marketing manager
Established real estate agent is looking for a marketing manager to build, implement and manage a comprehensive, coordinated marketing plan, both online and offline.




Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:
Oversee all marketing efforts and ensure that marketing calendar is executed
Create and maintain a marketing operations manual that documents all systems and standards for marketing plan.
Be first point of contact for all marketing service providers.
Weekly update and progress report with team leader on marketing efforts.
Key skills:
Web design and ability to do basic layout and input for online promotional efforts.
Ability to write copy that converts prospects into clients, regardless of the format or platform or medium.
Comfort with utilizing photo and video as integral components of the marketing program.
Execute offline marketing including coordination of printing and mailing of 2 monthly pieces.
Creative thinking for new marketing venues or new ways to utilize present marketing platforms.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Currently majoring in: Business, Marketing, English, Graphic Design or related major
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong writing skills
