Marketing Manager will report to General Manager and Owner.
Marketing Manager will be in charge of developing, scheduling and executing various campaigns via (including but not limited to) social media, infusionsoft, email, phone and street. Will meet monthly and/or bi weekly with GM and Owner to discuss new marketing ideas and status of current campaigns. Will need to monitor and tweak campaigns. Will also need to delegate to Marketing Assistant and monitor their work.

Responsibilities

-WIll be making sales calls regularly
-WIll be handing out materials and having conversations regurlaly
-WIll be leading and directing marketing team with scheduled campaigns and directives
-Promotions will run for 2 months at a time, at the end of each month 2 new promotion ideas must be submitted
-Will need to test and measure each campaign (and tweak) and deliver results at the end of each month (or bi weekly)
-WIll be responsible for spearheading cold call campaigns and all promotions
-Experience with infusionsoft is preferred, but not required

Requirements

-Must show creative initiative for new promotions and marketing ideas
-Must be a self starter/ self motivator
-Must be well organized, must be able to plan and attain goals
-Must be comfortable making sales calls regularly
-Be willing and comfortable to hand out materials and have conversations
-Must have strong communication skills and be able to lead and direct team
-Promotions will run for 2 months at a time, at the end of each month 2 new promotion ideas must be submitted
-Must be organized and able to test and measure each campaign (and tweak).
-WIll be responsible for spearheading cold call campaigns and all promotions
-Experience with infusionsoft is preferred, but not required
