ChiTown Photography is a local small business photography/videography company based out of home studio in the southwest suburbs area. We are seeking a part-time Marketing Project Manager.

Schedule is very flexible, ideal for a Marketing/PR major looking to work part-time and gain great experience in the field and being able to work directly under the owner/lead creative. We are seeking to train the ideal candidate to eventually grown within our company and reevaluate every 3-6 months with a pay raise along with special bonuses.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Client interaction / email correspondences
Managing coordinating online management information/settings
Managing project schedule and bookings - following up, confirming
Organizing invoices ensuring clients received them etc.
Maintaining websites
Updating social media
Assisting at events and shoots

Requirements

Desired skills/experience:

Detail oriented and organized a MUST
Excellent time management skills
Well-versed with social media platforms
Experience or education in marketing is preferred
Familiarity with sending booking proposals and contracts
Must be comfortable in presenting self in a professional manner in person and on the phone
