Local nonprofit Terranautics is seeking a student INTERN to help market a new book in support of The Terranautics Project. Terranautics is an organization devoted to transforming our conception of human development through education, parenting, and life skills. This is an incredible resume building opportunity where you will use your marketing skills and strategies to promote not only Terranautics 101, the recent book by Terranautics founder Dr. Feldman, but also The Terranautics Project itself.

Who we are looking for: A driven, creative, intelligent individual who is knowledgeable about online marketing, strategy, content creation, social media, copywriting, PR, and networking. An ability to collaborate is highly valued, and organization skills and attention to details are a must. In this role you will work directly with the founder and executive director of the organization. Prior marketing experience is preferred.

Logistics/What to expect:
•Part-time unpaid internship (10-15 hours per week).
•Potential to grow into a part-time paid position.
•Flexible schedule okay.
•Initial training, continued supervision and collaboration provided.
•Regular communication with director, and will work closely and collaborate with the executive director and Terranautics team.
•Most work can be done remotely; meetings take place in North Boulder.
•Will be given a large amount of responsibility, autonomy, and input.
•This is the opportunity to create and implement your own marketing campaign!


•Pursue major and niche media outlets and follow up.
•Collaborate to create and implement a marketing strategy.
•Create and execute a marketing calendar.
•Manage media messaging for social media accounts.
•Be prepared to bring new and creative ideas to the table in order to promote the book and the organization.
•Be able to spearhead an online marketing campaign.
•Develop strategies to grow an email list.
•Be able to solve challenges with effective and creative solutions.


•Interest in online marketing and social media marketing.
•Knowledge of marketing skills, techniques, and strategies.
•Strong organizational and written communication skills.
•Enthusiasm for personal and social development, and a commitment to helping others gain the skills needed to navigate life wisely and well.
•Positive attitude, driven, can work independently and meet deadlines.
•The abilities to work autonomously and follow-through are essential.
•Be able to create a streamlined plan to achieve discrete organization goals.
