DescriptionI would like someone that could work with marketing employers/human resource departments with something that would stand out from other recruiting firms. New idea's in the employment placement for Workers' Comp., as that is this firms focus. Work with media to get are name out in the workers' compensation industry. Research trade shows that fit employment needs for this specialty area we market. Creative in writing skills. Someone that is good at research on what the employers wants and needs are in hiring.
ResponsibilitiesThis person would be responsible for recommending and bringing new idea's to the table on how to grow the company. This person would talk with Employers/HR departments, regarding our contracts and getting them to sign them. If they can't do this over a phone call or internet/email, I will meet with the client face to face.
Sending emails to prospects, email blast weekly to prospects and media marketing.
RequirementsI don't need anyone with a degree. I would like someone that is working on a degree.
I want someone that is very savvy with generating leads, direct internet marketing, creative with marketing tools, and professional on the phone. Must be able to work with people!
I want someone that thinks out of the box and can bring some light on my company. vamp up my website.
