DescriptionRego Realty offers affordable housing and commercial space in Hartford, CT via apartments, condos, single family homes, and multi-use properties. More than a property company, Rego is passionate about building communities in the inner city and thereby enriching the lives of not only their tenants, but of those who work and live within the communities where Rego owns and manages their properties.
We are looking for an individual join our marketing/sales team.
Responsibilities1. Attend community events, occasionally – at chambers, associations, festivals, etc.
2. Ensure website is updated with current pictures and descriptions for all properties
3. Ensure Craigslist ads follow brand guidelines
4. Assist on marketing campaigns – work with designers, printer, mail house
5. Social media
a. Oversee nurturing of social accounts
b. Create content calendars – and manage daily postings
a. Write weekly blogs or work with writer
b. Ensure any timely matters/events get posted
a. Work on different outlets/ with local media to ensure positive PR gets printed such as:
i. New properties purchased
ii. Neighborhood revitalization
iii. Stories on long term tenants
Requirements1. Self-Starter and Extrovert
2. Willing to work flexible hours
5. Great communication & writing skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
7. Willing to travel
