Description

We are a small skin care retail company with 5 store locations in multiple states. Our corporate office is located in Medford, Ma. The office where you will be working is located in Medford square. Street parking and public transportation are available. The office is shared by the President of the company, the Office Manager/Business Development Manager and Controller. We try to maintain a positive and laid back environment while staying productive. Our environment is very lively, creative and enthusiastic while we are expanding and building our brand. We always try to maintain a positive and productive environment and we are looking for someone who can add to the dynamic of our office.


Responsibilities

Web Administration:
- Manage all changes via our website (add photos, graphics, update events, announcements, etc.)
Marketing & Social Media Administration:
- Assist with all marketing campaigns
- Assist with monthly newsletter email distribution
- Create weekly social media posts
- Respond to customer comments via Facebook, twitter, yelp, Instagram
- Monitor all social media accounts (Facebook, twitter, yelp, Instagram)
- Help create content for all promotions and social ad campaigns
Office Administration:
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Assist Office Manager with various administrative projects


Requirements

We are searching for a Marketing Intern to help with some day to day tasks within our Marketing Department. You will work closely with the owner of the company and Business Development Manager. We are looking for someone who can assist with a few different aspects of our company; general marketing duties, web administration and social media tasks.
