DescriptionReporting to the head of merchant partnerships, you will drive more effective and efficient ways to increase the number of merchant partnerships. Merchants are a critical component of the Divvee ecosystem. Partnering with merchants enables Divvee to offer magical experiences to consumers and Runners (couriers).
Your mission is to rethink our current playbook and develop a better approach. This is a generalist position. You must be comfortable with formulating strategy and taking it through to execution.
You will own the process end-to-end: ideation and strategic thinking, running experiments, data analysis and making recommendations, guiding product decisions, and taking it through execution.
This is an ideal position for someone who wants to try many different roles (sales & marketing, data analysis, program management, etc.) while owning one high-impact, high-visibility goal.
Identify and prioritize high impact initiatives designed to accelerate merchant acquisition
Monitor the competitive landscape and continually evolve our go-to-market approach
Partner with other teams to increase merchant engagement pre-deal and post-sale
Design marketing initiatives (online and offline) to boost the sales pipeline
Increase merchant engagement through cross-functional collaboration
Expertise in Excel. You will be tested
Structured approach to problem solving; develop hypotheses and then run analysis to prove or disprove your theory
Top-notch communication skills, verbal, written, and charted (don’t worry, we don’t use Power Point)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Consumer tech experience especially marketplace models
Strong interest in logistics, pricing, marketplaces or supply-demand economics
Experience in paid advertising (SEM/SEO, mobile ad networks, media buying, etc)
