We provide a 21st century solution for tracking employees to industries that are 50 years behind the times.
Construction companies still use pencil and paper to track worker's hours.
We give them powerful tools like GPS and machine learning based face recognition to make sure that their employees are where they are supposed to be. Our customers love us.
Your job would be to research companies in your area and that might be good candidates for using Clockineasy. In your conversations with them you will both be doing some sales (though no necessarily aggressive) and trying to find out what the employee management pain points are for different companies. You will be helping Clockineasy develop a better platform.
The job is a mix of sales and product development. There are large commissions paid out if you actually close any of the companies you speak with, but we care more about getting the market research than doing aggressive sales.
ResponsibilitiesThe hours are flexible, you will be expected to visit a minimum number of companies and talk to them about how they manage their employees.
RequirementsMust be a people person
Experience in sales is a plus
Experience in construction industry is a plus
Knowledge of internet marketing is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
