Description

We are a marketing company who manages properties does all the rehab, flips houses and now
We have added a mortgage division . You will never learn as much with any other internship in Pittsburgh.

We usually hire our interns once they complete the internship.
This is a non paid position w commission.

We take care of our interns.
We have offices in Sarasota , Tampa and Pittsburgh

Responsibilities

You will help us in all aspects of purchasing properties and in the process of helping us elect bids
for construction seeing projects thru . You will be helping work on punch list, budgeting , and execution.

We also need help with advertising the properties on Craigslist and other forms or social media.
We also have dealings w all the local boroughs for compliance to ordinances.
We will be representing a 140 year old bank who can write mortgages in all 50 States.
New Mortgage division where you would help broaden the Corporate footprint with social media.
We will be training you how to reach out to realtors and even banks who cannot do what we do

Write us today this will be an ongoing internship but we will be limiting to 6 per semester.
This will go fast

Requirements

Be willing to learn in a face paced environment . Knowledge of Social Media is Key
A car is not necessary for this position .
We have offices right by the Giant Eagle on Murray Ave
Its usually approved 100 to 120 hours pending on the school

Required - Able To Multi-task
Preferred - Corporate Social Media
