DescriptionAs a new member of our team, our recent college grad/event assistant will be placed on a track to career advancement from day one. Our extensive training program provides an in-depth understanding of our industry, company, its people and operations; all of which are critical to a company's success. They will learn about the marketing industry, recruiting techniques and strategies, sales, marketing, human resource management, office operations, and customer service. *Being able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and balance outbound & inbound phone calls, email communications, and detailed database entries
*Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact with prospective and existing clientele and event staff to describe marketing assignment details, compensation, and growth structure
*Generating a high quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily
*Meeting or exceeding monthly individual recruitment goals
*Working in a fast paced, deadline sensitive business
*Providing excellent client service
RequirementsCharacteristics of a successful recruiter include:
Strong negotiating skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
