ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls/ emails
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
RequirementsCandidates for this position must be computer literate, and able to function with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This position will require team work so, candidates must work well with others, love to smile, be solution oriented, while paying attention to detail. Must be responsible and accountable for the proactive leadership, direction and support by managing the fundamental activities and functions vital to all phases of the organization. Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Demonstrates initiative – ability to think, work, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment.
