DescriptionTorklift International manufactures American-made products for the RV, automotive, marine, construction and agricultural markets. We build a variety of products including tie downs, turnbuckles, suspension, steps, handrails, security and storage items.
As a company based out of Sumner, Washington, and recently voted Best Place to Work, Torklift International is offering an offsite internship in their Marketing Department. This internship is intended for a college student or recent college graduate and can be done offsite from home. Requires five hours plus per week and runs three months at a time. A weekly phone conference to go over projects with the Marketing team is required. While this internship is designed to be done around your education and work schedule, deadlines are appreciated.
ResponsibilitiesThis internship offers the right candidate experience in marketing and public relations with projects that include:
• Writing for online marketing, social media
• Writing editorial pieces
• Evaluating our website and other marketing materials
• Small scale market research
At the end of this internship you will have:
• A letter of reference
• A portfolio to present to future employers
• The possibility of being invited back for another internship opportunity
