Signals United, LLC is currently in search of Client Relations Associates to join our firm. As a CRA, you are responsible for providing our clients with exceptional service through maintaining an open line of communication between the project team, the client and the CPA. If you are a high performing individual who enjoys maintaining client relationships and thrives in a team environment, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Act as key client liaison between the consultants and clients
Work in teams to discuss and resolve issues
Provide each client with exceptional service through maintaining an open line of communication between the project team, the client, and the CPA firm
Spread the Signals United, LLC mission both internally and externally.

Requirements

Superb client service skills
Exceptional project management skills
Ability to resolve problems
Excellent follow up skills
Ability to think outside of the box
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication
Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
