AllTopSocial is an app that displays curated feeds of the top social posts and events for over 200 Universities and Sports teams, amongst several other niches. This makes social content discovery easier than ever.
Posts come directly from the key players/ content contributors -could be you- in each niche/ college. In other words, users will be getting live media feeds directly from the horse's mouth and not just critics and pundits.
This internship rewards you for doing what you enjoy doing everyday- creating content and sharing posts from the latest social media- about everything and anything happening on and around your college campus, while gaining credible experience and knowledge. Our interns- who are brand ambassadors- will receive profit from their proven content creation efforts.
ResponsibilitiesSo, where do you fit in?
Journalist/Editor/ Blogger Intern
•Gather information, develop stories, produce articles
•Researching story topics, interviewing people, write news/ blog about anything
•Develop content ideas, check stories for accuracy, style, grammar, spelling, punctuation errors and syntax
•Manage public image of organization
•Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
•Ensure copy conforms to style guidelines and editorial policy
•Manage and develop strategies to enhance an organization's public image.
•Establish relationships with members of the media
•Take part in crisis management issues
•Create press releases, fact sheets, speeches, marketing material, and newsletters
Advertising/ Marketing Intern
•Inform, persuade and remind consumers about the brand and services
•Reinforce experiences, remind consumers about their need, convince them to make specific decisions through generating concepts and ideas for original content
•Plan & execute brand marketing & advertising content to raise brand awareness & value
•Create event marketing plans
•Gather and analyze data on all competitor activities, analyzing, consumer demographics, forecasting consumer and industry plans
•Communicate needs of consumers and provide strategic recommendations
•Improve prominence of website in search engine's organic search results
•Gathering, classifying, organizing and managing keywords through various tools and techniques
•Ensuring website pages are properly indexed in or excluded from search engines
•Hands- on management of on-page SEO including content optimization, meta-data optimization, and •SEO friendly site architecture
•Develop and implement link acquisition strategies from a wide range of sources using content syndication, digital asset development, paid advertising, etc.
•Monitor and report key performance indicators such as indexing, ranking, backlinks, and click through rates
•Assist and contribute
