Responsibilities

In the management-training program, individuals learn how to develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns that support business and consumer objectives. Through communication and market research, management trainees identify and target markets to increase our client’s brand exposure and customer base. Trainees will track and report all progress to upper management and clients. Lastly, individuals in the program will learn how to effectively develop and lead others.

Qualified candidates are able to:

-Exhibit a high level of professionalism

-Operate with a sense of urgency

-Develop positive relationships in the office and with clients

-Demonstrate self and team management

-Adapt and thrive in a fast pace work environment

This is NOT a cold calling/telemarketing, door-to- door sales or business-to- business

Requirements

Job Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-1- 2 years in a customer service, marketing or sales preferred
