Summary:

We're looking for a driven professional with the ability to support our effort to publish top quality content (digital workshops, eClasses, podcasts, and articles) on our online platform. You will support the heads of Content Acquisition and Production as the Content and Expert Junior Curator by performing the job responsibilities listed below as well as other admin duties that may be needed.

This is a part time position (15-20 hours per week) to start with the opportunity to become full-time. You will work among a team of highly ambitious and driven individuals who know how to work hard while having fun. In addition to compensation the intern will also receive complimentary access to our entire library of digital workshops covering a wide range of subjects that include digital marketing, entrepreneurship, health and nutrition (worth up to $1,500).

Essential duties and responsibilities:

•Source leading experts in various topics and create recruitment campaigns
•Oversee blog submission process and publish original blog content on a weekly basis
•Curate promotional content to share on social media platforms (Facebook , Twitter, Linkedin, etc.)
•CRM data entry, reporting, and general maintenance
•Light audio/video editing of podcasts and eClasses for the eLearning Library
•Assisting customer service teams with inquiries
•Subscriber data analysis

Responsibilities

Requirements & Responsibilities:

•Highly organized and responsible for execution within strict deadlines
•Extremely detail-oriented and excellent communication skills
•Strong writing skills
•Ability to work well in teams while also finishing tasks independently
•Interest in working in a fast-paced start up environment
•Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
•Mac laptop (we will not provide one)

Requirements

Pursuing a four-year degree or holds a four-year degree in Advertising, Marketing, English, Business, or related field
