Hosts, make extra money while renting out their homes or work spaces to guests, whenever or however they want.
Because Marketing is everything, we are looking to build a team of 10 or more interns whose primary responsibilities are to plan, implement, analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns, as well as research target market to improve on marketing goals. These roles will mainly focus on developing, analyzing and optimizing user acquisition and social media activities based on the business’s targets and the performance marketing strategy. The roles will also be expected to provide actionable insights and recommendations on how to improve performance for these channels.
These will include implementing guest acquisition campaigns in different cities, across an ever-growing range of destinations. The roles will also work on the supply side by implementing host acquisition campaigns in order to grow the property inventory in key target regions and leverage guest demand in these areas in a sustainable manner.
The roles will also be involved in implementing and reporting on an on-going testing & optimization cycle in order to push volumes and profitability levels.
We are looking to build a team of 6-10 interns who will plan, implement, analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns, and research target market to improve on marketing goals. They will focus on developing, analyzing and optimizing user acquisition and performance marketing strategies under the following TEAMS:
1. Analytics Team: User Acquisition & Growth Strategies. Market Research & Customer Relations
2. Experience Team: Events, PR and User Experience
3. Engagement Team: Blogging, User Engagement and Social Media Marketing
4. Design Team: Branding, Advertising and Marketing, Viral Videos
RequirementsFluency in written/spoken English; ability to speak and write in other languages a plus
Relevant major/degree and/or experience in digital and media marketing or related field
All positions are tasking and result-oriented, with moderate supervision so students are allowed to be creative within company policies. All positions are unpaid. Interns are required to work 15-20 hours a week. This will be a great learning experience for all accepted interns.
