Description

Brainiac hires students and professionals to create online courses about their passion and expertise, and pays them upfront for their time and effort. We then sell and market the course for them, splitting the profits. We're located in Seattle, WA. We've been up and running for a few months, and starting to generate profits.

There's two sides to our marketing strategy. We market our product to customers, and we market our service to content-creators. We need interns to help us with the latter, and to secure contracts with content creators.

Interns ARE compensated, per each contract successfully secured. Compensation per secured contract is 25% of sales generated after expenses, paid out monthly. As well, depending on your performance, you may be eligible for a performance based bonus at the end of your internship.

What we need from interns:
-Skillful product management blended with sales and marketing. You have to sell the offer and our service in the best possible light, to attract high quality content creators on board.
-Attention to detail: there are plenty of quality standards to uphold, and you have to carefully work with and aid content creators to make sure they meet such standards.

When:
-As soon as possible. We are looking for 1-2 interns for 3 months each.

Responsibilities

Manage contractors and marketing strategy to onboard course creators.
Effectively administer a limited budget for highest ROI.

Requirements

Sales experience (can be online, can be social media, etc.)
Teamwork and leadership experience.
