Responsibilities Work with management to create and maintain an efficient launch process.
Work with management in creating front end Stage “0” research
Study and analyze trends within the SPR System. (New Product Ideas)
Create and maintain metrics for management. Example (IP, Quality, Sku rational, product launch and trends).
Create and maintain competitive landscapes for all categories. Includes collecting any pricing or programs.
Create a “Dealer Counsel” This program will be for running internal focus groups by region and product Line.
This program will be developed with management team.
Industrial Design work and be able to prototype.
Create a “War Room” like studio to hold all competitive information.
Requirements Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Ability to Monitor projects to ensure progress within the established scope, schedule, and budget.
Work with functional leaders to ensure new project proposals have all the required information for a decision.
Ensure timely follow-up to all commitments.
