Our client created a mobile app that provides real-time and historical views on service providers that work in neighborhoods. We connect neighbors to neighbors so they can find trusted referrals for their home’s needs. Then homeowners can contact the pro, get a quote, book the job, and pay all through the app. Our client offers homeowners a truly unique way to reach service providers while also supporting local small businesses in the Atlanta area.

Where You Come In:
The Product Marketing Specialist does more than just assisting the VP of Marketing. You will be responsible for reaching out to service providers and homeowners in the community offering a way to connect them together for home maintenance, improvement and repair projects. The goal of this position is to help homeowners and service providers understand the value proposition and encourage them to download the app and sign up.

Responsibilities

1) Provide customer service to new users and assist them with the app download and registration process
2) Interact with potential users at retail venues to encourage adoption
3) Analyze ways to encourage app adoption
4) Encourage users to interact with our client on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
5) Interact with new users and potential users on Social Media
6) Create opportunities to interact with potential users and new users
7) Get feedback from users to improve the user experience

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Must be willing to use your own vehicle, or have access to public transportation. (A company car WILL NOT be provided)
Legal Georgia Resident
Submit to background check
Smartphone (iPhone or Android is OK)
