DescriptionSmartCEO, publisher of award-winning business magazines and digital media, is seeking a Project Coordinator with a passion for customer service. This position will work out of SmartCEO's headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess an extreme customer service mindset and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. This individual must have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help others as they will play a crucial role in assisting on projects among all departments with a focus within the events team.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
• 1-3 years of customer service or client relations experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Well-honed time- and project-management skills that allow you to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
• Highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
