Develop and implement on-line marketing plans and campaigns for record label’s Web site(s)\Artist; handle day to day marketing functions; plan and implement special events; oversee advertising and public relations program.


Responsible for finding ways to market our websites, the record label, our artist and products to current and potential fans and or sponsors. Developing the concepts and campaigns that will determine how the site will be marketed. Determining the most effective techniques and programs to market the sites and its contents. Develop innovative ideas to attract & increase; website visitors, followers for Twitter, friends for Facebook, subscribers on YouTube, instagram, other social media sites and online communities.
Also, track and provide weekly reports.


Intern must be a college student interested in public relations, advertising, business, journalism, marketing, liberal arts, English, communications, and/or business.

Must have a computer and internet. This internship is a virtual position.

Courses and seminars in marketing, public relations, publicity, promotion, the music industry, and Web marketing are also helpful.

Must be tech (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, widgets, etc.) savvy. Communications skills, both written and verbal are essential to success in this field. Individuals should be creative, innovative, ambitious, articulate, and highly motivated. Must be able to handle many details and projects at one time without getting flustered and stressed.

A knowledge of publicity, promotion, public relations, and advertising as well as research techniques is also necessary.
