We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Intern. This position will provide administrative support to our Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities-Screen new and existing talent via phone, email & in-person meetings
-Network with industry professionals through channels including social media, industry memberships, professional contacts, and events.
-Manage a busy calendar including scheduling meetings, conference calls, interviews, social obligations and travel with a very fast pace
-Assist with management of recruiting process through entire candidate lifecycle, from talent identification to offer negotiation
-Review resumes and backgrounds with discerning eye to determine abilities, potential and fit
-Maintain talent profiles in proprietary database
-Develop short lists of targeted qualified candidates for select open searches
Requirements-You must be willing to learn and grow
-Exceptional people skills as well as strong verbal and written communication
-Interest in recruiting and human resource management
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Social Networking Sites
