We are looking for an experienced professional to work directly with senior Talent Acquisition executives to assist them with enterprise-wide integration.

Responsibilities• Creating communications materials and conducting product demonstrations
• Advising clients on effective strategies to maximize candidate response
• Providing technical support to HR teams
• Developing integration plans for US and global roll-outs
In addition, you will be part of the product development process providing a direct link from client requests for enhancements and advanced features to the technical development team. You will prioritize and detail new product functionality and work with clients to ensure that investments in product development address specific needs and solve critical issues.
RequirementsSuccessful candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of corporate experience, understand the environment and be able to provide clients with support that is practical, timely and enterprise-appropriate. Experience in Talent Acquisition is strongly preferred but not required. You must have a passion for improving the recruiting market for both candidates and employers. Exceptional communications skills and strong problem solving skills are essential.
