This is an unpaid internship position located in Costa Mesa. You have the flexibility of telecommuting when work can be accomplished offsite. We are seeking energetic people, with knowledge of social platforms and abilities to create content to engage audiences with social media using unique procedures / techniques. Additional marketing and graphic design experience a plus.
Although it starts part time internship, based on your abilities, it can be expanded to a full time position

Responsibilities

-Act on the frontline by interacting with customers and fan in real time on various web platforms. Continuous monitoring of online conversations across all the brand’s active social media platforms.
-Flag any negative comments to the team and formulate strategy to best mediate conversations. When appropriate, create content feeds that further spark conversations
-Track social media influence measurements using reporting tools
-Drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success
-Proof read content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, and press releases
-Coordinate with blog contributors and social media content creator to put together a marketing calendar

Requirements

-BS or BA degree preferred
-Working knowledge or proficiency in MS office Suite, especially Excel
-Extensive knowledge of social networking channels, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest
-Excellent interpersonal communication
-Ability to communicate and effectively follow through on assignments
-Ability to multitask and focus in a busy atmosphere
-Have a love for fashion and be a creative self-starter
-Organizational skills include prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
