DescriptionLIVAMP (livamp.com) is a hub for new artist discovery, booking and funding powered by live concert streaming and analytics. We are a young start-up focused on bringing the live music experience of handpicked intimate venues to online audiences globally. We are working with ~30 (and growing) venues in New York, London and Lisbon to build a curated video library of concerts by up and coming musicians + help these musicians achieve their career goals.
We are looking for a social media and graphic design intern to help Livamp take their social media to the next level. You'll be working directly with the marketing manager to carry out a variety of tasks such as:
-Promotional content creation using LIVAMP video library
-Active management of social media channels
-Creation and management of YouTube channel
-Design of marketing materials for ad hoc campaigns and work with brands
-Lives and breathes social media, music and marketing
-Prior experience creating graphics and a solid grasp of design concepts
-Comfortable with Photoshop
-Enthusiasm for the design and marketing process
-Strong attention to detail
We are looking for self-motivated students who are able to commit themselves to completing tasks they take on. This is an opportunity to get involved in a fast growing business and develop entrepreneurial skills early on.
Compensation would be on a project or hourly basis.
Responsibilities- Utilizes social media to engage with a community of fans/followers online
- Coordinates online marketing and advertising campaigns
- Demonstrates interest in social media and how media and communication strategies can continuously engage the online community
Requirements- Provide links to 1-3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledge
- Possesses skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management
- Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety
- Exhibits personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and adaptability
