Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include (but may not be limited to)

- Answering and placing phone calls, and responding to emails
- Assisting with marketing campaigns to generate new exclusive listings and drive the sale of properties
- Coordinate appointments and meetings; manage calendar of lead team broker; coordinate travel plans as necessary
- Assist in arranging, coordinating, scheduling catered broker open houses and regular open houses
- Assisting with preparation of listing presentations and new development proposals
- Liaison with marketing personnel
- Liaison with social media personnel
- Assist in maintenance of team website
- Assist in establishing and maintaining media and public relations relationships for team
- Assist in development and upkeep of contact database
- Assist in managing daily tasks
- Assist in arranging team sponsored events
- Coordinate all necessary paperwork and facilitate communication with corporate office

Requirements

Qualifications

- Real estate background and/or experience, knowledge of real estate terms
- Ability to proficiently communicate in English, both orally and in writing; ability to be eloquent and well-spoken
- Professional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to use independent discretion and to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft office and business software tools
- Strong prioritization, organizational and coordination skills
- High integrity and reliability, dependability and trustworthiness
- Ability to work as a team player in a group environment and positively deal with people
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic; ability to operate at a high level in a fast paced, dynamic and unpredictable environment; at all times
- Ability to be consistent, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Motivation to be a self-starter, with a take charge attitude
- Detail oriented and systematic mindset
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
