ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include:
managing company social accounts
creating regular social postings, coordinated with team efforts
creating customized nurture streams
developing and implementing a strategy for product sales through social media interactions
building and maintaining relationships with customers and potential customers through social media
developing and implementing strategies to increase organic social follower acquisition
work to minimize list decay and unfollows while increasing the productivity of our social campaigns
provide regular reports on list health and campaign effectiveness
Koar is looking for someone passionate about social media communications for this position. While Koar is based in Texas, this position will be filled remotely.

Much more – your will work closely with our Director of Marketing and other team leaders.
What We Require
Background in Marketing, Communication, or other related discipline.
Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
Fearless – not afraid to be a bold and outside the box thinker.
Love for using social networking sites, and general excitement to learn new skills.
At least two years experience in working with social media
Familiarity with Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Excellent understanding of social media strategies and flow
Excellent written and oral communication
And, above all, a passion for the serving Koar’s customers with great products and emails
