TeamLeader’s design and social media intern will be responsible for contributing to TeamLeader’s voice across a variety of social media platforms as well as aesthetically. This entails designing share images, and helping to build TeamLeader’s following across the many platforms. The intern will also be responsible for a variety of design tasks that arise frequently. Creative, self-motivated individuals that are able to think outside of the box and present their own ideas will excel.

Interns have the opportunity to network and make a variety of exciting and useful contacts at TeamLeader. Creativity, new ideas and opinions are always welcome.

Responsibilities

Compose social media posts for giveaways and other promotions to be scheduled out by CM
Design images and share posts to go with social media posts
Produce inventive ideas to solve various marketing needs and take on tasks as they arise
Additional various tasks – running errands, misc design, etc.

Requirements

Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Some marketing experience or prior coursework.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Confident, creative thinker – ability to speak up and contribute in a team environment.
Prior awareness of TeamLeader, and familiar with our outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Newsletter, Etc)
Strong understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc with current, active profiles on each.
Strong, proven creative-writing skills.
Self-Motivated – ability to be focused and get the job done in a family oriented, fast paced environment.
Candidate should ideally be looking to fill a college credit requirement. This is negotiable, but candidate will have to prove ability to take on such an important role if not-seeking credit.
