Description

AdventureDaze is seeking a Digital & Social Media Marketing Analyst for the Summer of 2016 to work directly with one of our Co-Founders on all aspects of social media marketing and content creation across our digital and social media platforms. This includes helping to manage and grow our large social media presence across Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr and other accounts. Additionally, the candidate would have the opportunity to contribute to and learn website design if that is of interest.

Responsibilities

During the internship, the student will be trained and learn how to do the following:

-Manage and grow an already robust Instagram account (12,000+ followers with high engagement)
-Research exciting travel destinations and run digital contents such as GoPro and Apple Watch give-aways
-Oversee advertising across our Facebook, Tumblr and Snapchat platforms
-Create unique and differentiated digital content related to world travel and foodie experiences
-Participate in developing ideas for branded content programs
-Upload custom content to our website

Requirements

Preferences:

-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team

-Comfort with content creation and a passion for traveling and food

-Enjoy social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat

-Ability to complete tasks under deadlines

-Strong writing and communication skills

-An attention to detail and a concern for accuracy

-Most importantly, a love of travel and curiosity about the world
