Description

The Social Media/Marketing Coordinator is an exciting position that works with every aspect of marketing. The primary responsibility will be to build and strengthen AMHA’s connection with our passionate consumers via all online outlets and platforms, including social, blog and newsletter efforts (Pintrest, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr...). You have the option of working from the office or remotely your home with some required in office meetings. Our Social Media Marketing Coordinators are responsible for the daily monitoring and engaging of customers on multiple channels. Tracking people, finding followers, and increasing viewers. This role will also aid in the execution of other key marketing initiatives, including but not limited to: online promotional campaigns, contests/giveaways, trade shows, demonstrations and sampling events.

•Lead day-to-day social media engagement activities and strategies
• Revamping superslimdiet.org website through godaddy - You would be working with the web developer and GoDaddy CPanel updating the page and posting relevant weight-loss articles
•Manage, grow & strengthen online communities and web presence
•Hire/recruit 3 unpaid interns for school credit, in hopes of one of the interns getting hired on to become your Social Media Coordinator Assistant
•Develop & publish brand relevant content across all social media platforms in an effort to increase social footprint and drive engagement
•Build & nurture a devoted online community through the execution of timely responses for all social media inquiries
•Compile, analyze & interpret social media analytics tools to anticipate trends and identify strategies and opportunities for brand growth
•Coordinate social media marketing with marketing associates and business development managers in each vertical market;
•Be the internal, key point of contact for general social media marketing coordination efforts, including basic online marketing tools and coupon code management
•Some travel may be required to social media trade shows;

Responsibilities

*Google AdWords Implementation and Management
*Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
*Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence
*Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
*Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
*Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies
*Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
*Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
*Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
*Instruments conversion points and optimizes user funnels
*Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners
*Evaluates emerging technologies. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

*BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
*Proven working experience in digital marketing
*Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
*Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
*Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
*Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
*Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
*Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
*Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
*Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
*Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
*Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
