DescriptionImperfect Concepts is looking for a social media enthusiast to join our team. The social media intern will be responsible for marketing emails for the both consulting, social media channel and blog. S/he will work closely with the company owner. Knowledge of and interest in business is a must. This is can be a virtual internship. 20 hour week. For school credit. There will be weekly meetings via skype or phone.
Weekly to do list will be assigned after meetings.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the owner to determine the best messaging approach for any project.
- Concept, and execute ideas for a variety of campaigns
- Write and revise innovative and imaginative copy according to creative briefs and deadlines.
- Perform ongoing research on current industry trends to maintain fresh and relevant perspective in all communications.
-Write and edit blog post.
-Create content for social media channels
- Collaborate with marketing, site merchandising, and design on site text and emails
Requirements-Innovative and conceptual thinking.
-Must have experience writing short, punchy, fashiony type copy advertising.
-Must demonstrate a solid understanding of current creative media, mediums and trends.
-Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization is a plus but not required.
-Experience in retail and/or fashion
-Strong writing samples must be submitted with application
-Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines
