DescriptionAMG has had the privilege of working for some incredible corporations in our seven years of business, and while we don’t like to drop names (you know, like Walmart, Universal, and Netflix), it’s been a lot of fun being able to work with some of the most well-known businesses in the world. However, as we hit our seven-year mark, we want to make sure we’re not just known for large corporations. That’s not how any of us get started, and it’s certainly not where we want to limit ourselves.

Unfortunately, many small business owners begin their work knowing how to do one thing very well - make a product, create something, work with people, etc. Most people don’t start a business with incredible PR or marketing skills. What’s even more unfortunate is that many PR companies recognize this, and can easily take advantage of new business ventures by charging more for their services than necessary.

What we're looking for is 2 dynamic social media strategists to join our team. You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic, brand awareness, and be able to expand our company’s digital footprint. As a Social media strategist, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.
Responsibilities+ Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
+ Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
+ Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
+ Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
+ Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
+ Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
+ Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
+ Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Requirements+ Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
+ Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
+ Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
+ An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
+ Familiarity with web design and publishing
+ Excellent multitasking skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
+ Expertise in social media platforms
+ Project management skills and attention to detail
