We utilize multi-media and cutting edge technology to deliver educational empowerment and support in the areas of personal development, holistic health and wellness, life path awareness and development and indie music artistry. Partners and subsidiaries are Kismet Music, Conscious Living OmniMedia Group, A Conscious Affair Events, Living Dream Life Path Designs, The Children's Wellness Network, Life Path Academy. CLO Media Group is the vehicle through which we deliver our counter marketing and educational empowerment. Kismet Music offers artist consulting for independent artists navigating the new music landscape today. Living Dream Life Designs offers life path coaching, webinars for women and our Life Path Academy will offer life skills/planning workshops, coaching for teens and young adults beginning spring 2017. ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):
Utilize social media, email, telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each conference;
Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference;
Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required;
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and
Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors;
Update the company project mgmt database as required;
Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached;
Coordinate various services for clients;
Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities;
Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines;
Delegate administrative functions to assistants where possible;
Meet with trade and professional organizations and other groups to organize, promote and
discuss project/events/conference / trade show services; and
Professionally represent CLO/Tygress at all times.
RequirementsJOB TITLE: Sponsorship Sales & Network Relations Rep
Sponsorship Sales & Network Relations Rep responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship packages for our media projects,(magazine,radio,tv) events, webinars, expo, etc. by targeting various companies, organizations and associations. The Sponsorship Relations Rep creates sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification, attends weekly company meetings, sales update meetings and event/conference/project planning meetings as required. Builds and maintains relationships with sponsorship partners,exibitors,advertisers, etc. on behalf of Tygress/CLO Group headquarters. Sponsorships commissions are paid at 25% rate for each sponsorship secured.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Business Administration or equivalent degree or pursuit, with 2-4 years experience in sales, non-profit, or community oriented business. A reasonable combination of education and experience will also be considered.
