Description

In this role, you will join our Web Development Marketing Team on company and client implementations as well as provide technical support to clients and other teams. Work with marketing content creators, designers, and Analytics professionals to design, build, and execute A/B and multivariate tests to continually improve conversion rates and other performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create, evolve, and execute web marketing concepts, campaigns and sites that reinforce, compliment, and enhance the Adaptive brand

Responsibilities

• Assists in the design and development of layouts for marketing materials, using appealing graphics that are well organized
• Play a key role in the development of website user interface and components
• Responsible to incorporate current design trends into each unique layout to produce an up-to-date style for custom works
• SEO responsive web design for both browsers and email
• Maintain and update websites including blogs and email templates
• Assist in providing technical consultation and support to clients and other teams
• Collaborate with other developers to handle requests
• Assist with website QA and testing, as needed

Requirements


• Prior web development internship experience is a plus
• Strong communications skills; ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks & projects
• Keen, analytical mind and an ability to break down problems and debug code
• Experience in the following web technologies is required:
o Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
o Experience in layout design, logos, or other website design/UI
o HTML, CSS
o Content Management System (CMS) experience
o Open to constructive criticism and feedback
Knowledge of the following is a benefit but not required:
• HubSpot CMS
• JavaScript, jQuery
• Wireframing
