Description

We specialize in creating beautiful printing/marketing materials resulting in high quality, stunning pieces of artwork. Located in North Arlington, NJ. Interns are expected to have experience with social media,
This is an unpaid internship position, and it is perfect for candidates looking for school credit, letter of recommendation and/or extra curricular/professional experience.
Intern will be responsible to generate artwork and marketing materials. creating email campaign, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, etc... Draft media releases. Candidates will be familiar with social media platforms, detail oriented with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Possess excellent writing/editing and speaking skills. Possess a strong work ethic and must be able to communicate in a professional manner.

Able to work 15-25 hours per week
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Proficient in CS6.
Ability to work independently
May lead to a commission based position.

Responsibilities

You will need:
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a good sense of humor
• Mental agility to discover what sales pitches work and suggest changes to senior management.
• ability to confidently articulate yourself in front of potential clients when cold calling
• Ability to overcome obstacles and rejection quickly when it happens on the phone - and be persistent and polite at the same time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• To be on-time, reliable, and productive

Requirements

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Send emails to leads and follow up appropriately.
• Make sales calls to leads.
• Manage and develop our online presence across social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Finding users to follow/friend/like our business and engaging fans in conversation.
• Establish new clients.
• Monitor and stay current on social media trends
• Report weekly progress and findings
• Video and image editing skills a huge plus
• Writing and copy writing skills are huge plus
• Must be willing to help out with all kinds of random things. In a small business you need to wear different hats
• Must have own transportation
