As an intern at MHWT, you could gain familiarity with practical online and offline marketing strategies.
*Lead generation and email marketing administration
* Help cultivate the business relationships and marketing partnerships
*Marketing materials - and get involved with our social media and SEO activities
*Email List Management - We are looking to grow our email list and effectively use it to develop relationship with our guests and increase sales.
An internship with us will have you working directly with real projects and real clients. We are hands on. Everyone here has some administrative responsibilities, as well as involvement in the big picture. You’ll have the freedom and flexibility that internet marketing allows. This is a non-paid internship with the possibility of becoming a paid position. If you are a student and selected for this opportunity, you must receive credit for the internship.
Responsibilities*Lead generation and email marketing administration.
*Create leads and help decipher if they are worth our cost to cultivate the business relationship.
*Marketing materials - Develop collateral pieces, learn about charity event marketing, and get involved with business to business social media.
*Email List Management - Our email database is the lifeblood of our sales. Learn how it works and what it takes to keep it current, accurate and valuable.
The ideal candidate will be able to work 10-20 hours a week. You will be expected to create and stick to a weekly schedule. This position is offsite with the flexibility of working from home. It will include regular in-person meetings throughout the week.
Requirements**Must have a friendly, positive attitude.
**Must be organized and detail oriented.
**Must be able to communicate with clarity and integrity, both orally and in writing.
**Proficient in Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, social media and internet marketing is a plus.
**Prefer Marketing/Communications/ Hospitality or Tourism majors or equivalent. Coursework related to business, marketing, and/or English helpful.
