Description1.1. Book Keeping: Duties involves in all aspects in the Company’s accounting book keeping associated duties. Bookkeepers keep financial records that track a company's expenditures, profit and loss, cash flow, and other financial activities. Bookkeepers usually work for the accounting departments of their companies. Bookkeepers employ database and spreadsheet computer programs to do their record keeping.
1.1.1. Keeps records of financial transactions for establishment, using calculator and computer: Verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts, as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts, etc.
1.1.2. Summarizes details in separate ledgers or computer files and transfers data to general ledger,
1.1.3. May compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
1.1.4. May prepare employee wages from plant records or time cards and prepare checks for payment of wages. May assist to prepare withholding, Social Security, and other tax reports.
1.2. Account Receivable (A/R) and Account Payables (A/P): Manages Company A/R and A/P an in efficiency and fast fashion. Generate finance data and report as per Company needs. Print out checks and manage accounts in time fashion and an efficiency. Manage and operate Quick Book software.
1.3. Assistant Accounting: work with the Accountant may assist the Company accounting duties, which include tax handles and tax return filing, tax forms, reports, etc.
1.4. Administrative and Office Support: the Internship may assist administrative and office support for the Company, and as purchasing, shipping, receiving and supplies, etc.
1.5. Others may assigned from the Company from time to time.
ResponsibilitiesBook Keeping, A/P, A/R; Administrative Support and Assistant. Part time. May work 20-30 hours a week. Flexible hours.
RequirementsAccounting Degree Prefered.
Proficiency or familiar with QuickBook, Excell, Work, Adobe, Mails, as other comon software. Familiar with A/P and A/R plus.
