We are looking for someone to step in and organize, coordinate and attend performances with our employees. In this position you would be the main point of contact for the various venues we have established relationships with. You would assist the venues in getting the word out about various activities and performances.
ResponsibilitiesIn charge of correspondence with PR Representatives, Media and performance venues.
Organizing and managing calendars of business leaders and volunteer contributors
Assistance in writing/proofing articles and videos
RequirementsCoursework in Journalism/Degree Preferred
Excellent writing and organizational skills
Knowledge of the arts, theatre, music industry, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Social Media knowledge
