We are looking for an individual to team brainstorm for research, events, promotion, and database management at Imagine Leadership. Our company serves our community of professionals that are looking to engage in discussions about leadership. For this particular position, we are looking for someone that is creative, open to learning new things, and willing to interact with our team in a professional and friendly manner.

As a Media Intern at a Imagine Leadership, you are the creator, part of the energy, and the visual voice of our company. You contribute to how the world perceives us by managing, engaging, and developing original material for our sites.


Job Expectations:
Video and Audio Filming and Editing
Work with team to write story board, script, and tweak lines on set.

Film at various locations in mainly Philadelphia and across the US.

Dig through hours of footage for useable footage for editing into promotional content and bloopers reels.

Cut together footage according to a storyboard format written and laid out for said videos and experience with manipulating unwanted sounds out of the final cut for videos, if need be.

Videos need to be within a time frame of 5 minutes!!!

Experience with Photoshop

There are sometimes photos we can and cannot use for promotional content, must be able to dig through files to select useable (flattering) photos to use in promotion and social campaigns.

"Enhance" photos, such as enhancing the colors or simple cropping, for use on promotional videos or social campaigns.


- Must have or be working towards a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Experienced and/or familiar with video and graphic editing software such as (but not limited to) Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Windows Movie Maker, etc.
- Innovatative and creative
- Must have basic to proficient writing skills.
- Ability to working remotely or from home.
- Candidates with an interest in editing, social media marketing, and/or writing are encouraged to apply.
