Quarterly, LEVEL21 provides a diverse array of articles that offer an in-depth look at issues of particular importance to the lovers of Fashion, Lifestyle and Entertainment. Our features cover love and family relationships, fashion, beauty, entertainment, personal growth, spiritually, and healthy living as well as investigative journalism covering stories that highlight community issues and news events.
ResponsibilitiesWe are currently looking for a Co-Editor to assist with:
-‐Work closely with editor-‐in-‐chief to set the magazine’s production schedule
-‐Organize and update staff communications
-‐Keep in daily touch with fellow editors, the business manager, and the advisor
-‐Take responsibility for ordering supplies
-‐Monitor whose submissions are received by deadline, and whose are not
-‐Contribute ideas and assist editor-‐in-‐chief in all necessary areas
-‐Contribute to editorial piece
-‐Check articles and submissions for grammatical errors, content, plagiarism, and spelling
RequirementsTo be an editorial assistant you should have:
a good standard of written and spoken English
a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
strong time management skills
IT and administration skills
effective communication skills
determination and resilience.
