Description

Independent documentary film series about inclusion for transgender and gender expansive youth seeks LA-based interns to assist with distribution and social media. Ideal candidates are organized, able to take direction, proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and social media (Premiere pro a plus). A great opportunity for individuals with professional interest in documentary development, post production and distribution, and topics covering LGBTQ youth. You will learn the skills and tools necessary for successful documentary distribution in the educational market. Travel reimbursement included.

Candidates should be able to work alongside director at studio location in LA’s Chinatown district, possibly supplemented with work from home with self managed hours. Ideal candidate has interest in the topic and has their own Apple laptop. Film is produced by award-winning independent filmmaker with multiple PBS credits.
