DescriptionLife Lessons Magazine is a growing publication in NY, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta and D.C. areas that features the stories and experiences of a variety of individuals from the fast food worker to the billionaire, as well as national/global iconic celebrities. We are located in Scottsdale Arizona and soon, are relocating our home offices to New York, New York. Further features include Discover Channel's Rob Greenfield, Actress Megan Goode, entertainment mogul Nicholas Frankl, Curtis Young, son of music legend, Dr. Dre, Brandon Stewart, American Idol celebrity, Kyera Dalesandro, Skin Wars reality TV celebrity and many others. We are searching to interns who are interested in growing in media. We want to teach and educate individuals in all aspects of the magazine business including our path to success through placement. As a Placement Support Assistant, you simply will give away our magazine to locations by calling pre-screen business locations, speaking to secretaries and asking to deliver our magazine to their waiting office clients for at no cost to them. In this position, we will teach you a variety of innovative ways the magazine market is evolving as well as create avenues for full-time employment in a number of growing departments such as event planning, business management, account management and others. ResponsibilitiesYou will be initially responsible for giving issues away to local businesses in the NY area by calling pre-screen businesses, speaking to secretaries and informing them of the deliver of our magazine to their offices at no cost to them. Likewise, you will be responsible for keeping track of all businesses secretaries etc and locations the magazines shall be delivered. Further, you will be allowed to expand your role and knowledge of the industry as you continue to learn and grow with our organization.
RequirementsMust have a working phone.
Must have a bright personality
Must have a desire to work in media
Must be in a field of study related to business/media
Must be able to complete an online spreadsheet form
Must have great speaking skills and ability to answer any questions about our magazine.
