Description

We are a rapid growing media company that provides lifestyle content in regard to men's and women's style, pop culture, music, entertainment news, fashion, celebrity news, dating/relationship advice, Red Carpet Award shows, breaking news, exclusive social events.

We are looking for dynamic interns who can create cutting edge social media content for our verticals: Men and Women's Style, Music, Fashion, Relationships, Culture, Pop Culture, or Entertainment.

Our social media intern has to create trending digital content for our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram account that is specific to our brand. The content must be well researched and be in line with our brand messaging as well as represent our brand voice and must cater to our consumers (who are the most cutting-edge 20 and 30's somethings on the planet!). The dynamic content you create should drive engagement, shares, likes, and follow.


Responsibilities

We are looking for some great journalist/Editorial interns who can create social media posts based on our brand, as well as based on Men and Women's Style, Music, Fashion, Relationships, Culture, Pop Culture, or Entertainment.

Requirements

- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, media, public relations, English, business communications, or communication arts.
-Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite, Instagram
- Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Social Media is a plus
