DescriptionSelfDecode (Formerly Decodify Me) seeks to revolutionize healthcare.
SelfDecode's goal is to take thousands of genes, blood markers and symptoms and synthesize that information to give you a list of the top fixes for YOUR UNIQUE BIOLOGY. SelfDecode is starting with genetics.
If you are smart, into health, biology, genetics and making healthcare affordable to the masses, this is the position for you.
SelfDecode is a biotech company that currently interprets people's genetics from their raw genetic data, which can be obtained by a company such as 23andme.
In the future, SelfDecode will analyze a person's genetics, blood and other tests, and symptoms/diseases.
Based on these inputs, SelfDecode will spit out the top recommendations for a person's biology, all for under $20.
SelfDecode is an expanding and fast growing start-up company, on the cutting edge of science, health and nutrition.
Working for SelfDecode will push you to the limits of your potential. You will be challenged greatly. There is no job that will give you a better learning experience.
In addition, you will gain experience in creating a start-up, which includes crowd funding, management, fundraising, marketing, etc...
Work can be done remotely, and you can dictate your own hours. Generally, interns must put in at least 10-15 hours a week.
The company has many positions that you can fill, and will find positions most suited to your interests and skills.
This work will be great for your resume because I will be a good reference for any future employers (assuming you do a good job).
If the intern is good, there will be a place in the future for full-time positions.
The benefits are:
-Great work experience
-Great learning experience - you will learn about health, genetics, and biology
-Great for your resume and great for future employers
-A job that helps people and makes the world a better place
-A chance for full time employment in a fulfilling career

Genetic and blood tests are getting rapidly cheaper, and science is rapidly progressing in figuring out the underlying biological mechanisms by which symptoms or diseases occur.
Science is also progressing in studying how various therapies are working in the body.
But with all that information comes complexity and SelfDecode's goal is to take the chaos of information and create algorithms to help people become optimally healthy.
SelfDecode is going to shake this sector up.
Join me if you want to make a difference and shape the future of health.
