Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:Tracks data and source documents.Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.Compiles, sorts and verifies data for accuracy.Contacts responsible parties or clients from other organisation to resolve moderately complex questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Also perform Records keeping, keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks account balancing, invoicing recording,proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting database

Requirements

This position will assist with an enterprise wide integration project for a Fortune 500 company!
Experience and skills needed:
Primary function of the data entry specialist will be to extract data from Excel spreadsheets and enter into lending systems.
Fast, accurate typing skills are required for this position. 60-90 WPM benchmark is required.
Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Outlook, Excel
Must possess strong attention to detail and have strong organizational skills.
